IMPLEMENTASI METODE SAW DALAM PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU : SEBUAH TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS
Abstract
Teacher performance evaluation is an essential component in efforts to improve the quality of education. This article examines the application of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in teacher performance appraisal system through Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SAW method was chosen due to its ability to provide objective and transparent evaluation by considering various performance criteria. This review identified 10 relevant articles from 2021-2024 for analysis. The results show that SAW can improve accuracy and reduce subjectivity in teacher performance appraisal, especially through adjusting criteria weights according to local needs. In addition, the integration of technologies such as cloud-based databases and big data analytics supports the efficiency of the evaluation process. However, challenges such as the validity of criteria weights and the need for technical training of users are still obstacles in the implementation of this method. This article suggests the development of an adaptive and technology-driven SAW-based decision support system to ensure relevance and effectiveness in various educational contexts. Thus, the SAW method can not only improve the quality of teacher performance assessment, but also make a strategic contribution to the development of education.
