This study aims to describe the implementation of the Kegiatan Kursus Kader Dakwah (KKD) in instilling Islamic values among students at Madrasah Al-Washliyah Stabat. The background of this study comes from the need to strengthen students’ understanding of Islamic teachings not only through formal lessons but also through organized extracurricular programs that focus on character building. KKD activities are considered effective because they provide practical experiences in religious guidance, communication, leadership, and social responsibility. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation of KKD activities, interviews with instructors and students, and documentation from school records. Data analysis was conducted by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, which were verified through triangulation to ensure validity. The results showed that KKD activities were carried out regularly, including training sessions, group discussions, role-playing, and community outreach. Instructors served as mentors, motivators, and role models, guiding students in applying Islamic values in daily life. Students who participated in KKD demonstrated better understanding of Islamic teachings, improved communication skills, and stronger social awareness. Overall, KKD has proven to be an effective program to foster Islamic character and leadership among students at Madrasah Al-Washliyah Stabat.
