Strategi Guru PAI dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa di Era Digital
Abstract
The study aims to find out the strategies used by PAI teachers in increasing students' interest in learning and to find out the factors faced by teachers in increasing students' interest in learning at Al-Khobariyah Tenggun Klampis Junior High School. This type of research is a field research with descriptive method and structured observation. The research subjects were PAI teachers of Class VIII of Al-Khobariyah Junior High School and students of the class, a total of 21 people who were interviewed. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the theory of teacher strategy. Based on the results of the study, the teacher's strategy in increasing students' interest in learning in the digital era of class VIII of Al-Khobariyah Junior High School has been carried out by class VIII teachers, namely by using classroom management strategies, teaching methods and so on. Factors that influence in increasing students' interest in learning are facilitating factors which include teachers, facilities and infrastructure such as: gadgets, projectors, laptops and parents. While the inhibiting factors are poor internet network connections and lack of tools and facilities owned by the school.
