This study aims to analyze the profile of organizational culture and the level of self-identity formation among students (mahasantri) at Ma'had UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. A quantitative descriptive research method was employed. The study involved a sample of 143 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure organizational culture indicators (Robbins) and self-identity status indicators (James Marcia). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, specifically by calculating the mean values. The results indicated that the organizational culture variable fell into the very high category (mean 4.15), with the team-oriented indicator serving as the primary pillar (mean 4.50). Similarly, the self-identity variable was categorized as very high (mean 4.55), with identity achievement emerging as the most dominant indicator (mean 4.73/4.48). Overall, an organizational culture that prioritizes group collaboration and supportive leadership significantly reinforces commitment, self-confidence, and the formation of a mature identity among students.
